Hi there. I’ve used Sara for three of my house transformations. I reached out to her just to elevate some spaces in my home on my first house. On my second house, she furnished the entire thing. And on my third house, she helped me pick out probably half the furniture in the house. She’s great at sending ideas. I was able to just heart some items that she sends via text at my leisure, and then she does install day. When it’s all said and done, she’s able to hang pictures and place the furniture. I didn’t have to deal with any boxes or packaging. In fact, I didn’t even really have to be here, which was awesome. I highly recommend her. She’s one of the best interior designers, but also a great friend now. I really enjoy working with her. Thanks.

Good morning. My name is David Trapani, and I’m giving an endorsement today for Sara Alfonso of Styling Spaces, Nashville, Tennessee. I moved to Franklin, Tennessee, in 2018, and I bought a small house in downtown Franklin, and originally I was going to do a long-term rental, but decided that I would try to dip my toe into the short-term rental business, so I got a permit, and of course, with those issues, you may know, you have to furnish, decorate everything. And I reached out and found Sara of Styling Spaces, and she was tremendous. And in fact, we are continuing our relationship through the current day in 2025. We just completed our seventh project. So the challenge at the outset was, uh, how to design what we wanted because it was in downtown Franklin where the Battle of Franklin occurred. We wanted to have a touch of the, uh, Civil War, uh, uh, memorabilia, and we did just a fantastic job. Everything that she does in regards to furniture selection and everything else is fantastic. So the process. Sara comes and she will talk to you about what it is you’re trying to achieve. She’ll find out what your vision is for the property. Then she’ll go shopping and send you, at least in my case, text messages of, uh, a few options for each item, whether that be a couch or bar stools, or a desk for the office, uh, what have you. Everything, new lighting throughout is typically what we do, new mirrors, et cetera. Um, we work together so well, it’s a seamless process. Um, uh, just click, and, uh, you’ve got your whole setup for furnishing and decor for your house. So we’ve done this with single-family homes, with condominiums. Um, we’ve done several in Tennessee. We’ve done a few now in Arizona, in Sedona, Arizona. We just completed one in Scottsdale, Arizona. And I couldn’t be more pleased. The complete transformation of the property. A place where people want to come and hang out, not just with you and your family, but if you want to rent it out as a seasonal rental, and when you’re not there as a short-term rental, it’s fantastic. Highly recommended. Sara Alfonso and Styling Spaces, 100% recommended. You will be pleased. She’s super sweet and easy to work with. Thank you.

“I was not blessed with “The Vision”, and I lived in a “grandmother” house that needed updating. Where do you even start??? Start with Sara – you’ll be so happy!! Our initial consultation was Sept 19th and my home renovation including interior painting, some new furniture, and 13 new light fixtures was completed on Nov 7th. Some of my furniture was updated by painting it. I used the time to purge and donate. What a whirlwind!! The most fun of all is that I left my “old” home on Sunday, Nov 6 for a week of vacation and sara staged my “new” home while I was gone. I walked into a completely renovated showcase one week later! Part of the service I offer my listing clients is professional staging to ensure that the property is “market ready.” Recently, Sara provided a range of services to two of my listing clients in preparation for photographs and placing properties on the market. The services she provided included: initial consultation and recommendations for de-cluttering, furniture removal, paint/wallpaper changes, changes to fixtures, etc.; shopping for accessories; re-arranging and accessorizing rooms for maximum visual impact; and attending the photo shoot to assist with final details. Sara even provided the seller with a list of resources to help with deep-cleaning the home. One project with Sara involved a “senior couple” who were initially skeptical of the need for staging and overwhelmed by the work. But Sara and I worked together to gain their trust and cooperation. This somewhat “dated” home went from looking cluttered and tired to fresh and light by the time it went on market, leading this home to be under contract within two weeks of listing!
Sara is a workhorse! Don’t be deceived by her small stature. She isn’t afraid to do the moving and lifting that these projects often demand.
